**Why Smart Shoppers Choose Fjords Over Stressless — and Save Up to 40%**

Stressless is everywhere — and you’re paying for it. Their massive advertising budget is built directly into the price of every chair. Just like the mattress industry, **as much as 35–40% of what you pay goes toward marketing**, not comfort or construction.
Fjords takes a smarter approach. Instead of pouring money into advertising, Fjords invests where it matters most — **premium materials, Scandinavian craftsmanship, and superior ergonomic comfort**. The result? A recliner that delivers the same level of quality and support as Stressless, without the inflated price tag. On comparable models, **Fjords recliners often start around $1,800**, while similar Stressless chairs start closer to **$2,800**. That means **up to 40% or more in savings** — for a chair that looks better, feels incredible, and performs at the same elite level.

**Why pay for advertising when you can pay for comfort?**

Choose Fjords and get luxury reclining — without the luxury markup.

**Cold-Cured Comfort — The Gold Standard in Seating Foam**

Cold-cured foam is considered a premium upholstery material because it is engineered for **long-term comfort, support, and durability**. Unlike standard foam that is poured and cut, cold foam is molded under controlled pressure, allowing it to maintain a consistent structure throughout. This process creates a foam that is denser, more resilient, and better able to hold its shape over time—meaning seats feel supportive rather than soft and collapsing after repeated use.
The open-cell structure of cold foam also allows for better airflow, helping **regulate temperature and enhance overall comfort**. It responds smoothly to body weight, providing pressure relief while still offering firm support where it’s needed most. Because it resists sagging, impressions, and breakdown far better than conventional foams, **cold-cured foam** is a key reason high-end furniture maintains its comfort and appearance for many years, making it a true investment in quality.
