Harper Ivory Matching Chair

Clean and classic, the Harper Ivory Matching Chair echoes the lines of the Harper Ivory Sofa and brings together elements of both contemporary and traditional design: square tapered wood legs, exposed wood frame, curved arms, and a reverse half moon cut out on the back. The chair’s comfort is 100 percent modern: tailored upholstery on the back and deck and a down-blend seat T-cushion, plus a 20” x 20” down blend throw. In addition to the matching chair, the Harper Ivory collection includes a sofa.

A dramatic collection with modern classic styling, Harper makes a statement in style with graceful half-moon silhouettes. Its rich mink finish highlights carved wood frames while its tapered wood legs feature darkened bronze-finish ferrules.

WARRANTY
A.R.T. merchandise carries a one year limited warranty from date merchandise was
received by the customer. The limited warranty covers product defects and does not
include damage due to freight, handling, acts of nature, or abuse.

UPHOLSTERED PRODUCTS – Specific Provisions
Frame – Limited Five (5) Year Warranty
Subject to the General limitations contained herein, the upholstery frame is warranted by ART® Furniture against defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of five (5) years to the original purchaser, as long as it remains in the original fabric or leather, and is used under normal wear and normal conditions.

Spring System – Limited Five (5) Year Warranty
Subject to the General limitations contained herein, the spring system is warranted by ART® Furniture against defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of five (5) years to the original purchaser, as long as it remains in the original fabric or leather, and is used under normal wear and normal conditions.

Cushions – Limited One (1) Year Warranty
Subject to the General Limitations contained herein, cushions are warranted by ART® Furniture against the abnormal loss of resiliency for one (1) year
from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, as long as the cushion is used under normal wear and normal conditions.
Abnormal wear and loss of resiliency should not be confused with flattening of the foam and fibers, which are considered normal wear and are not considered
defects under this warranty.

Fabric and Leather – Limited One (1) Year Warranty
Subject to the General Limitations contained herein, fabric and leather coverings, are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for one (1)
year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser against seam slippage, mis-weaves, breakdown, shrinkage, loss of nap, and dye transfer as long as the
upholstered furniture is used under normal wear and normal conditions.
