Harrison Slipcover Swivel Lounge Chair

The Harrison swivel lounge chair puts the collection’s relaxed slipcovered look on a motion swivel base, so the chair turns to follow the conversation or the view without being dragged across the deck. It is the piece to place at the open end of a Harrison sofa grouping, where a fixed chair would always be facing the wrong way for someone.

## Design and Construction

Each Harrison frame is interlocking and engineered from multiple layers of premium outdoor Baltic birch plywood, made in the USA and coated in an outdoor finishing material, with stainless steel hardware at every construction point. The defining feature is the removable slipcover, serged on all seams, which can be machine washed and line dried, and which gives Harrison its casual, softly tailored drape rather than a taut upholstered face. Underneath, the motion swivel base does the turning.

## Comfort and Seating

The seat is 23 inches wide and 21 inches deep at a 21 inch height, with the arm at 28 inches, inside a 31 by 36 inch footprint. That is a single-occupant chair with a fairly high arm relative to the seat, which suits sitting with one elbow up and turned toward whoever is talking. The 21 inch seat height makes it easy to stand out of, useful in a chair that people move in and out of as they turn. Because it swivels, allow clearance around the full footprint rather than only in front.

## Fabric and Finish Options
