Built with 300 oven-tempered coils and an extra-thick polyfoam topper, this 5″ mattress delivers lasting support and plush comfort. Luxurious damask ticking, quilted sides, and lace tufting ensure durability and a premium look, while fiber padding keeps it non-allergenic, odor-free, and mildew-proof.

**Also Available – Memory Foam or Air Dream Mattress**

**Memory Foam Mattress**

Our **Memory Foam Mattress** is designed to deliver superior support without the extra bulk. Featuring a 3 lb. memory foam layer (2.75″ E31) combined with a 1.8 density polyurethane foam base, this mattress provides exceptional comfort, pressure relief, and durability. Finishing at just 5″ thick, it offers the perfect balance of streamlined design and full-body support.

**Air Dream Mattress**

At the heart of the AirDream® Sleeper Mattress is our exclusive **Air-Over-Coil Technology**, an innovative design that blends the best of two worlds: the reliable support of a traditional innerspring base and the cloud-like comfort of an adjustable air layer. The individually wrapped coils provide stable, resilient support to keep your body properly aligned, while the air cushion on top allows you to fine-tune firmness for personalized comfort. This dual-layer design not only mimics the feel of a high-end luxury mattress, but it also eliminates the rigid cross-bar sensation that makes most sleeper sofas uncomfortable—transforming your pull-out into a true guest-ready bed. Setup is effortless—inflate or deflate in under a minute with the included electric pump.

**Premium Steel Sleeper Mechanism**

Experience comfort and durability with our premium sleeper mechanism, engineered for smooth operation and lasting support. Designed with advanced features for stability and ease of use, this mechanism ensures both sitting and sleeping comfort. Built with a tubular steel perimeter, contoured support sections, and anti-tilt protection, it provides dependable performance night after night. Backed by a 3-year warranty for peace of mind, it’s the smart choice for a sleeper sofa you can trust.

**Superior Quality – Braxton Culler Furniture**

**1. Proudly Made in the USA**
Every piece is crafted in Sophia, North Carolina—just outside High Point, the heart of American furniture manufacturing. This means labor, materials, and oversight remain domestic, ensuring attention to detail and ethical production standards.

**2. Exceptional Craftsmanship & Construction**
Braxton Culler uses premium components—kiln-dried solid hardwood frames, advanced joint construction (like mortise-and-tenon or dowels), and high-gauge steel springs—to ensure long-lasting durability and comfort.

**3. Bench Made Upholstery**
**Bench-made sofa** refers to a sofa that is **crafted start to finish by skilled artisans on a single “bench” (workstation)** rather than moving down an assembly line. It’s a mark of high-end furniture making and usually indicates superior quality.

**4. Highly Customizable Options**
One of their standout features is the breadth of customization. Customers can choose from over **600 fabrics, 35 finishes**, and even leathers, giving them nearly endless design flexibility.

**5. Large-Scale, Dedicated Manufacturing Facilities**
Braxton Culler operates out of a massive facility covering over **415,000 square feet**. This scale allows for complex custom work and fine craftsmanship—but also incurs higher operational costs compared to mass-produced imports.

**6. Legacy Brand and Reputation**
Founded in 1975, Braxton Culler has built a reputation for quality, design, and tailored service. Their alignment with Classic Home in 2020 provided further resources while maintaining brand integrity.

**7. Long-Term Value**
This isn’t furniture you’ll replace every few years. Its materials, craftsmanship, and custom options make it a long-term investment designed to last—both functionally and aesthetically.
