**Revolutionary “Athens” Fabric Technology**

The **23386 Walnut** cover isn’t just another faux leather—it’s a high-tech marvel from the Athens family.

* **Leather Look & Feel:** Features a wax pull-up effect and weathered-time-embossed grain that looks and feels like premium vintage leather.

* **Built to Last:** Unlike standard PU fabrics that can peel or crack (hydrolysis) over time, this fabric uses a high-purity resin liquid roller-coated onto a micro-denier polyester knit. This innovative “muscle layer” creates a bond that **won’t peel**, ensuring your chair looks new for years.

* **Heavy Duty Durability:** Rated for **30,000 double rubs**, this fabric is tough enough for kids, pets, and daily use.
