Requisite Ottoman (Made to order fabrics)

The Requisite ottoman is sized to pair with the collection’s lounge chair, a 32 by 27 inch woven footrest at 21 inches tall. It also does double duty as a spare seat when a group grows, or as a tray surface between two chairs on a porch.

## Design and Construction

The ottoman is hand-woven from weather-resistant high UV polyethylene synthetic fiber over a premium aluminum frame, in the same transitional basket-weave pattern that runs through the Requisite seating. The HDPE fiber carries high UV inhibitors rated to 4,000 hours, and the aluminum frame keeps the whole piece at 38 pounds, light enough to reposition by hand. The weave is offered in Bone, a light finish that reads soft white with gray undertones, which is what keeps a fully woven piece from looking heavy in a bright outdoor room.

## Size and Placement

At 32 inches wide, 27 inches deep and 21 inches tall, this outdoor ottoman is wide enough to hold both feet comfortably rather than forcing you to choose an angle, and the 21 inch height keeps your legs roughly level when it is pulled up to the matching Requisite lounge chair. The rectangular footprint means it can face a chair squarely or be turned broadside to serve two chairs at once. Set in front of the Requisite sofa with a tray on top, it works as a soft cocktail surface, and it slides back out of the traffic path when the space needs to be clear.
