Inspired by the nineteenth century French Louis Philippe style, the Saint Germain Oval Back Side Chair is both classic and contemporary. Decorative stretchers on the chair back, carved details at the seat corners and gently splayed legs echo the collection’s traditional style; textured linen upholstery and a dark wood framed finished to bring out the grain have a contemporary feeling. The Saint Germain Oval Back Side Chair can be used as part of a dining group or as a useful occasional chair.

A.R.T. merchandise carries a one year limited warranty from date merchandise was
received by the customer. The limited warranty covers product defects and does not
include damage due to freight, handling, acts of nature, or abuse.

Frame – Limited Five (5) Year Warranty
Subject to the General limitations contained herein, the upholstery frame is warranted by ART® Furniture against defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of five (5) years to the original purchaser, as long as it remains in the original fabric or leather, and is used under normal wear and normal conditions.

Spring System – Limited Five (5) Year Warranty
Subject to the General limitations contained herein, the spring system is warranted by ART® Furniture against defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of five (5) years to the original purchaser, as long as it remains in the original fabric or leather, and is used under normal wear and normal conditions.

Cushions – Limited One (1) Year Warranty
Subject to the General Limitations contained herein, cushions are warranted by ART® Furniture against the abnormal loss of resiliency for one (1) year
from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, as long as the cushion is used under normal wear and normal conditions.
Abnormal wear and loss of resiliency should not be confused with flattening of the foam and fibers, which are considered normal wear and are not considered
defects under this warranty.

Fabric and Leather – Limited One (1) Year Warranty
Subject to the General Limitations contained herein, fabric and leather coverings, are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for one (1)
year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser against seam slippage, mis-weaves, breakdown, shrinkage, loss of nap, and dye transfer as long as the
upholstered furniture is used under normal wear and normal conditions.
