**From Sofas and Sectionals.com**

Introducing the ultimate solution for accommodating guests and pets in your living space – the Treaty Linen Queen Sleep Sofa 5002-04. This elegantly designed sofa is stylish, comfortable, incredibly durable, and versatile.

Crafted with high-performance fabric, this sofa is kid—and pet-friendly, making it the perfect addition to any family home. The track arms and dark coffee tapered wood legs add a touch of sophistication to the overall design, making it a statement piece in any room.

But that’s not all; the Treaty Linen Queen Sleep Sofa also comes with two contrasting pillows, adding a pop of color and personality to your living space. What sets this sofa apart is its loose and reversible seat cushions and inside back cushions. This allows you to rotate them not only to prolong the life of the cores but also to change up the look of your room. You can easily switch the chaise to the other side, allowing you to rearrange your space whenever you please.

But the best feature of this sofa is its hidden gem—a 5-inch-thick innerspring coil mattress on a metal mechanism supported by trampoline decking. This means that your guests can enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep without feeling any bars or springs underneath them. The high-quality mattress ensures that your guests wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

**What is a Performance Fabric**

Introducing a fabric that’s not just another fabric. This is a revolutionary fabric, designed to withstand the rigors of daily life. It’s the perfect choice for high-traffic areas and busy living spaces, making your life a little easier and your home a little more comfortable.

With Performance Fabric, cleaning is a breeze. Say goodbye to the hassle of stubborn stains, as this fabric is designed to repel them easily. A little water and blotting is all it takes to remove superficial stains. For tougher stains like coffee, cupcakes, or dirty paws, a simple household or upholstery cleaner will do the trick, leaving no trace behind.

But that’s not all; Performance Fabric is not just about repelling stains. It’s also about longevity. This fabric is highly durable and resistant to abrasion, ensuring it remains pristine even after years of use. No more worrying about your fabric falling apart after just a year; with Performance Fabric, you can rest assured that your furniture will stand the test of time.
