## Design and Construction
The frame is premium weather-resistant powder-coated aluminum, drawn from the architectural details and decorative arts of the house the Winterthur Estate collection is named for. Both the top and the bottom shelf are functional, and each features pierced aluminum decor executed with fine welding and finishing, so the openwork is part of the structure rather than an applied panel. The Obsidian Black finish gives the piercing depth and definition. At 20 pounds it is light on its casters but built from the same materials as the collection’s seating.

## Size and Placement
The 24 inch height puts the top above the arm of most lounge seating, which makes it easy to reach into from a deep chair, and the small 18 inch diameter means it fits between two chairs or beside a chaise without blocking a path. The lower shelf holds a book, a bottle or a stack of coasters so the top stays clear.
